Feature Flag service degraded availability

Resolved

During a routine security update of our cluster, the feature flags service failed to restart.
This could have resulted in users who have a feature flag enabled to not be able to access the specific feature.
The issues was identified via monitoring a rectified by re-releasing the latest version of the service. The service had degraded availability from 11:33 GMT to 11:40 GMT. Initial root cause analysis of the incident was concluded.
